The auto-built weekly timetable
Your timetable builds itself from classes, shifts and meetings. Set its orientation, hour range, odd/even weeks and print-ready export.

You don’t draw the timetable — Barzaman builds it from your items. Add or move a class, shift or meeting and it shows up instantly.
What appears on it?
By default: class sessions, shifts, meetings, events and time blocks. Choose which types to show in Timetable settings.
Orientation and layout
- Days as rows and hours as columns (default), or flipped with one tap.
- In Persian and Arabic, hours run right to left; you can reverse them.
- Set the visible days (for example Saturday to Thursday), the hour range (say 7:00–20:00) and the slot size (15, 30 or 60 minutes).
Overlaps and midnight
Overlapping items sit side by side in lanes with a conflict badge. Shifts and items that cross midnight are split across both days. An all-day row holds items without times.
Odd and even weeks
If you set a term start date, the current week’s label appears above the timetable and the other week’s classes are dimmed. See recurrence and odd/even weeks.
Several timetables
Create named timetables for your term, workplace or language school — each with its own types and hour range.
Creating and editing on the grid
- Long-press an empty slot to create an item at that day and time.
- Drag a block to move it, or drag its edge to change its length. For repeating items you’ll be asked “only this” or “all”.
Export and print
From the timetable menu, tap Export:
- PNG image to share in messengers;
- Vector PDF, A4 or A3 landscape, with localized digits — ready to print;
- ICS to import into other calendars.
