Every change is saved on your device instantly. You need neither an account nor a connection to use the app.

2. Reminders from the phone
The Android app schedules reminders on the phone itself, so they ring offline and after a restart.

3. Sync whenever you’re back
With an optional account, changes sync when the connection returns — field by field, with nothing lost, even if you edited on two devices.
Browsers don’t allow reliable scheduled notifications, so web-app reminders are delivered as web push and need an internet connection. Read the guide

Short, straight answers
Is Barzaman free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, and it’s what everyone uses today. Paid plans (Plus, Pro and Business) are coming soon. Exporting your data, app lock and access to your own data will never be paywalled.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your data lives on your device, and the app, reports and Android reminders keep working for weeks offline. You only need a connection to sync between devices — and only if you create an account.
Is there an iPhone app?
For now you can add the web app to your Home Screen from Safari. An App Store version is coming. Web-app reminders on iPhone need internet and are less dependable than the Android app’s.
Where is my data stored?
On your device first — encrypted in the Android app. If you turn on sync, a copy is kept on Barzaman’s servers so it can move between your devices. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data.
Does it show holidays?
Yes. Official holidays come from our server and are cached for offline use. Because Iran’s lunar holidays are officially announced each year, none of them are hard-coded in the app.
Can I take my data elsewhere?
Yes. Full backups as a .barzaman file, plus CSV and ICS export for other apps — all on the Free plan, all offline.
